Browse our curated collections of luxury flower arrangements and select your preferred design. Add your bouquet to the cart, fill in your delivery details, and complete payment securely via credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or bank transfer.

Custom & Bespoke Orders
For personalized designs, wedding bouquets, or event floral decorations, contact us via LINE Official (@thefloristbar), phone, or Instagram DM. Our floral artists will consult with you to create a one-of-a-kind arrangement tailored to your style and occasion.
Delivery & Timing
We provide same-day delivery across Bangkok and next-day delivery for nearby provinces.
Orders must be confirmed before 3:00 PM for same-day service.
Pick-Up at The Florist Bar
You may pick up your order at our studio located on Sukhumvit 36. Complimentary gift packaging and floral care guidance are included.
WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY
Product Warranty
The Florist Bar guarantees the quality and freshness of all floral arrangements and products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it immediately under the following terms:
- Incorrect Order Received
– A replacement will be arranged at no additional delivery cost.
Severe Damage (Over 50% of the Product)
– If the damage occurred during delivery, a new product will be sent free of charge.
– Please provide clear photo evidence within 4 hours of receipt.
Refund Policy
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the following conditions apply:
- Severe damage (over 50%) and customer declines replacement → 100% refund
- Incorrect item received or delayed delivery beyond schedule → 100% refund
Artificial Flower Arrangements:
– Cancellation accepted at least 24 hours before delivery
– Refund or store credit (valid for 1 year)
Fresh Flowers, Fruits, or Cakes:
– Cancellation accepted at least 48 hours before delivery
– Refund or store credit (valid for 1 year)
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation.

Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:
- Cancellation less than 24 hours (artificial flowers) or 48 hours (fresh flowers/cakes/fruit baskets) before delivery
- Damage resulting from a delivery method chosen by the customer contrary to our recommendation
Damage that occurs more than 4 hours after delivery, due to improper storage, or unrelated to our handling

Q : Can I request specific flowers or colors?
A : Yes. You may specify your preferred flowers, colors, or style in the “Notes” section at checkout.

Q : Do you offer same-day delivery?
A : Yes, for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM (Bangkok time). Orders confirmed after this time will be delivered the next day.
Q : How long will the flowers last?
A : Our fresh arrangements typically last 3–5 days with proper care. Keep them in a cool environment and change the water daily to prolong freshness.
Q : Can I include a message card or additional gift?
A : Yes. Every order includes a complimentary handwritten message card.
Additional gifts or premium treats from our partner brand KARRAT may also be added.
Q : What if the recipient isn’t available?
A : Our delivery team will contact the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery time.
If we are unable to reach them, we will inform the sender to reschedule or redirect the delivery.
Q : What if my flowers arrive damaged or not as described?
A : If your bouquet arrives damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with a clear photo. A replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with our warranty policy.
Q : Can I cancel or request a refund?
A : Yes.
- Artificial flowers: cancel ≥ 24 hours before delivery
- Fresh flowers/fruits/cakes: cancel ≥ 48 hours before delivery
Severe damage / incorrect / delayed orders → 100% refund or replacement
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after confirmation.
